2. Acceptable use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, introduce malicious code, or use the site in any way that could damage, disable or impair it. All content on this website is the intellectual property of Thornvale Health Ltd unless otherwise stated.

3. Order and sale process

Orders are placed by submitting your name and phone number via the order form. This constitutes a request, not a confirmed order. A member of our team will contact you by telephone to confirm your order, check delivery details and answer any questions. A binding contract of sale is formed at the point of telephone confirmation. No payment is taken at the time of placing the online request.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. The price displayed at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will pay. Delivery costs are included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated.

Payment is made on delivery by cash or card (Visa or Mastercard) to the courier. If you are unable to pay on delivery, the order will not be completed and no charge will apply.

4. Product description and disclaimer

Caleta Formula is a food supplement. It is not a medicine, and the information provided on this website does not constitute medical advice. Nutrient health claims relate to individual ingredients only, as authorised under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006. The product is intended for adults only. Do not use as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.

5. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel your order at no cost at any time prior to dispatch - please inform us during or after the confirmation call. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 calendar days from delivery to return an unopened product. Opened food supplement packaging is excluded from return for hygiene reasons under Regulation 28(3)(a). See our Return Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thornvale Health Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the product. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
